Esquisse was created on a whim—an idea slightly bold, shaped by years in the event industry focused on refining details and ensuring everything flows naturally, even in the heat of the moment.
It is the meeting point between organization, attention to detail, a love of aesthetics, service expertise, and the desire to create something genuine—reflective of who I am, and of who you are.
Esquisse is first and foremost my project, born from an entrepreneurial dream and a desire to create unique experiences.
It is also the meeting of two different, yet perfectly complementary paths. From the very beginning, Nic became an essential ally: he builds our bars, helps develop surprising recipes, and brings a creativity that makes all the difference. His years of experience in hospitality shape our approach, both in service quality and cocktail creation.
On my side, my background in management, tourism, hospitality, and event planning naturally led me to entrepreneurship. It was through launching Esquisse that I discovered mixology—a discipline that quickly became a true passion. I enjoy shaping the organization, details, and atmosphere to ensure the seamless flow of every event.
